Here is the link to the tournament page. This will be our official line up. Again, nothing it set in stone yet and can be mixed up. Prizes have not yet been lined up, but when we know, you will know.

Please post comments and suggestions. Our goal now is to make P42 more for the casual gamer, and make GEEX more for the professional gamer. We will have an FPS and an RTS, officially sponsored tournaments at P42, this year they are CS Source, and DotA. For fun, and most likely for prizes, we will have Trackmania and a TF2 8v8 random teams tournament.

We would also like to have some other contests going on and other competition. Like a Whour (WoW Hour!) and maybe some console play (GTA IV?!) and other small game quick matches. Maybe some ArmageTron, Pocket Tanks, Old School NES stuff, whatever. Lets hear your ideas.

Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour will be out by then. Might be fun for some console play.

to be honest, I was all gung-ho for this until i noticed that the tournament for TF2 is going to be random. What's the point of even practicing when you're going to get random people of questionable skills for a "tournament".

Knowing that the entire outcome is determined by pure chance is awefully disturbing.

I'm against the random teams, and since I'm the tourney admin, it's not gonna happen. sorry p0wd3r, it's just bad juju.

What about those people that have no skills and no friends, this would give me err I mean them a chance of winning something.

Yes and what about the CS players that planned on entering the draft to sabatoge the game?
