Don't get me wrong, that is the last thing I want. A huge Expo + LAN would be the best thing to happen in Utah since the Olympics. But... the lack of information regarding.... EVERYTHING seems a little peculiar.
No updates on their site for over a month(minus buy ticket button and Exhibit Space Registration button) is just stupid. No forums, no information on any tournaments, no exhibit info, no speaker info, no lan party information, no lots of basic things. The exhibit is supposed to be IN TWO MONTHS ! If you expect professional gamers to be attending from places outside Utah, you aren't giving them enough time to prepare. I mean check out:

Yeah I know its a bigger LAN and they have more experience, but they actually have UPDATES and FORUMS. I bet their page gets thousands of hits a day..... eager gamers checking daily for updates.. actively posting on forums etc.. Geex has nothing new.. and the lack of information regarding all of these tournaments is discouraging.

We are in the Grand Ball Room, which is on the south east corner of the building, there is a loading area that we can probably use that is just off of West Temple on the south east side, it is just after the outdoor thinger, and before the big round tower thinger. There is a loophole in the parking for the LAN party guys though, I think one of the hotels, or the Salt Palace parking garage has a $7 per day parking price, but if you park on Thursday, and never leave, you only get charged for the one day. So if you are getting a hotel, or whatever, this is a good option. If you are sleeping under the table, or in your car, this also works.
